Born 1891, died May 1, 1964, buried at Magnolia Cemetery.
Son of Ernest Edward Wehman and Bertha T. Quirollo, married Helen Stoney Tilley.
Educated at the High School of Charleston, attended West Point, graduate of the University of South Carolina.
Insurance broker.
City alderman 1939-1943.
